The Reichstag building in Berlin was the seat of the Reichstag of the German Empire from 1894 to 1919 and then of the Reichstag of the Weimar Republic and the Reichstag of Nazi Germany until the end of World War II. After German reunification, the Bundestag was moved from Bonn to the Reichstag building in Berlin in 1999.
